Our Story

ChanYond was founded in Shenzhen. Our founder holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from China University of Political Science and Law, has passed the National Legal Professional Qualification examination, and has spent 15 years working in intellectual property.

The reason we started ChanYond was simple: too many cross-border e-commerce sellers had been burned on brand protection — not because they didn't want to register their trademarks, but because they couldn't find an agency that truly understood cross-border commerce.

Traditional law firms understand the law but not Amazon's rules. E-commerce service providers understand the platforms but not the legal risks. What ChanYond set out to do was connect the two.

Over the years, we've served 2000+ corporate clients, including several publicly listed companies and a large number of small and mid-sized cross-border sellers. More than 70% of our new clients come from referrals by existing ones.

A brand name that carries the founder's original intent

People often ask: what does "Qianyuan" (乾远) mean?

乾 (Qián)

Drawn from the first hexagram of the I Ching, it represents heaven, creation, and strength. For us, it means professionalism and accountability.

远 (Yuǎn)

It means the long term, the future. A trademark takes 8–12 months to register, a patent longer, and a brand needs even more time to mature. We walk the long road with our clients — not a sprint.

We don't see intellectual property as a "cost" — it's a brand's most valuable long-term investment. That's why we don't compete on price, make false promises, or chase one-off deals. We want to help every seller lay a solid foundation before problems arise.
